Police allege the accused were involved in a shooting that happened on the St. Joachim Elementary School grounds near Rutherford Road and Weybridge Trail at about 10:21 p.m. on April 3.
Police found a man in his 20s on site and found a male youth close by, near Weybridge Trail. Both were suffering from gunshot wounds and died despite lifesaving efforts from first responders, police said.

In Monday's news release, Peel Regional Police Chief Nishan Duraiappah said investigators will work to get justice for the victims and their families.
"Two lives were cut short by gun violence, leaving families and a community to grieve," said Duraiappah. "This investigation has been relentless, and these arrests are an important step toward holding those responsible accountable."
Following the incident in April, Brampton Mayor Patrick Brown said he extended his "heartfelt condolences" to the families, friends and loved ones of the victims, adding all levels of government should collaborate to address illegal firearms.
In Monday’s release, Police said they found two firearms during the investigation, one at the scene and another at a residence in Brampton, following a search warrant.
