20 Companies Hiring For $100,000+ Remote Jobs In 2026 And How To Get One

About 53% of workers say that they or someone they know was required was forced back into the office RTO within the past year, up from 23% in 2024 per a recent FlexJobs survey of 3,000 US professionals.

Yet, despite many employers mandating RTO, the pushback is clear. Most workers would rather quit their roles and start looking for new positions if remote was no longer an option than stay within the current safety of their jobs.

The survey revealed that 27% of workers know someone who has already quit or is planning to quit due to office mandates, while more than three in four say that they would resume the job search if their company eliminated remote work.

While many companies like Samsung, Paramount Skydance, and Toyota have walked back on their remote work stance this year, there are still several notable employers who remain committed to remote first hiring, and continue to have a sizeable portion of their workforce that is allowed to continue working from home.

Even better, their hiring data from the FlexJobs platform shows that these remote jobs are six-figure roles and are hiring/have recently hired across multiple industries including healthcare, tech, education, financial payment services (fintech) and SaaS platforms.
